Our Dance Strength Classes promote flexibility, strength and endurance. The series of exercises are designed to improve your core muscles to help with coordination and balance. We also concentrate on legs and butt muscles so you look fantastic all year round. The classes are suitable for people of any gender and age – those who want to look good, feel great and be in excellent shape.

All movements are different from each other but require precise and smooth execution which is developed through strengthening your core muscles. During your classes you will discover muscles that you didn’t think you had as you will be reaching for deeper layers. Those hidden muscles play important part in shaping your beautiful body. You will feel rejuvenated and energized. You will increase flexibility of your muscles, strengthen your physical and mental state and feel satisfied after your new-found workout.
