Welcome to our new class where great music, cool dance moves and lots of energy come together to create unforgettable experience for your workout. Leave your boring gym exercises, treadmill idle throttle and cardio drill behind and come to dance yourself fit!
Dance Fit is a 45 min class that will leave you energized, pumped and wanting to move more – that’s how we were designed to start with, right? None of us was meant to sit for long periods of time, we are supposed to get out there and explore, hunt and live! Well this is your chance to start living life full of health, fitness and general well-being in great company. Quick off your couch, come in and start hunting for your health, fitness and overall well-being. Scientifically proven that exercises release positive hormones so hunt them down too! Dance Fit is suitable for all ages and filled with lots of energy and fun! All movements are shown slowly to start with so if you think you are uncoordinated – don’t fear, we can fix it. Movements and steps come from different dance styles like Cha Cha, Merengue, Samba, Salsa, etc. with lots of arm styling to top it off. Great thing is that you will be able to implement those movements in your normal dancing which will enhance it and add lots of flair.
However beware of some side effects: time will fly, more precise movements, enjoyment of music, increased fitness level and stamina, expanded lungs and deeper breathing, weight loss, toned muscles, sculptured body, satisfaction of achieving something, overall hidden workout.
